3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order

• You will receive confirmation once your order has been received.

3.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable).

• Secure payments are accepted online via YOCO – e.g. credit/debit cards or via EFT.

• Orders are only processed once payment has been received and cleared.

 

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available throughout South Africa.

• Delivery costs and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers but will assist in resolving issues promptly.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

If the item is faulty or damaged on delivery:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

• We will repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the situation.

 

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
